The Engineer made this pattern for me a few years ago...you need six segments...stitch all together ...leaving just a small opening in the base to turn thru...fill very full...squash into a pear shape...sculpt with a long needle thru the segments where the pear narrows...decorate with French knots, seeding stitch, Lazy Daisy etc...stitchery is added after the pear is constructed....at least three strands of stranded cotton or perle 8 threads are the simplest option...
